Usually for easter I eat a grip of chocolate and sweets BUT this year I’ve decided to lay off the usually chocolate bunnies, peeps, and try something NEW! Tofu chocolate chip cookies. Suprisingly tasty. MUCH different from the original chocolate chip cookie BUT its still good. The consistency reminds me of a Cliff bar.

So since I’ve been eating healthy I haven’t had sweets besides ice cream. Since easter is tomorrow I feel inclined to have a treat. I didn’t want to compromise my healthy eating though. Sooooo I searched for a healthy alternative. Chocolate chip cookies have been an ALL TIME fav for me. I miss them so! Lets see if these stand a chance!
